SCOPE OF WARRANTY

SOS Tactical Inc. warrants each product sold by SOS Tactical Inc. to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. For specifics on any of these warranties please contact us, as manufacturers do change their warranty policy every so often.

EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE

Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

• Products purchased other than SOS Tactical Inc.

• Damage resulting from abuse or misuse.

• Damage resulting from extended wear and tear.

• Damage resulting from tampering or a customer modification.

• Damage resulting from exposure to a caustic substance.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO TO RETURN DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please take the following steps:

• Email us at websales@sostactical.ca

• Tell us WHAT you are sending back;

• Tell us WHY you are sending it back; and

• Record the Return Authorization Number on the package you are returning back to SOS Tactical Inc.

To ship the Product back to SOS Tactical Inc., please take the following steps:

• Include a copy of the original proof of purchase or receipt;

• Include a brief description of the problem;

• Include the Return Authorization Number;

• Mark or identify the defect with a piece of masking tape (if applicable);

• Print the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box; and

• Ship the Product to the following address:
